If you've looked around the hotel and or cafe websites enough, I imagine it is not news to point out that we are open 24 hours a day. So what does that mean to you, be you a weary traveler to Tokyo stumbling off of an international flight in the waning hours of the day, or a resident of this cavernous metropolis? Well, if nothing else, rain or shine, hot or cold, there is a place to kick back and relax with a drink or light snack just on the corner of Party Town Japan (aka Ikebukuro's commercial district). I'll also note in passing that our wi-fi is free with any purchase. Here is the cafe around midnight.
This is a picture of the food menu that we offer at this hour. Since the restaurant staff is not here at these hours, we just offer a simple menu.
I would especially recommend the spicy cheese nachos, but you can't really go wrong with any of these options.
As for drinks (coffees, chai lattes, international lemonades, etcetera), the full menu is available 24 hours a day.
That includes alcohol, including cocktails, wine, and our large collection of international beers.
Speaking of the beer, I recommend giving Warsteiner Premium Verum a try. I sampled it recently, and found it to be quite nice indeed.
If you are in Ikebukuro and miss the last train, are staying in the hotel and too jet lagged to sleep, need a place to study, or for any other reason want to hang out in a cafe, remember that Sakura Cafe Ikebukuro never closes.
That's all for this time. As always, thanks for reading!
