Have you had Sushi before? Most people might say YES, right?
Was it?NIGIRI ZUSHI, or?SUSHI ROLL??
NIGIRI ZUSHI?consists of an oblong mound of sushi rice?that the chef presses into a small rectangular box between the palms of the hands,?and a topping?draped over it.
ROLL SUSHI is?a cylindrical piece, formed with the help of a bamboo mat, SUSHI ROLL is generally wrapped in seaweed.
SUSHI ROLL WORKSHOP?has held at?Sakura Hotel Hatagaya?several times.
