Looking at guests at SAKURA HOTEL Ikebukuro here, I often see
them having a nice camera actually.

Let me suggest you go to Odaiba then. Liverty of Statue is waiting
for you.
For photos, walking around in Odaiba Kaihin Park is the best.
Odaiba is geographically separated by the large river from the
center area of Tokyo (connected by Rainbow Bridge). This specific
location makes you feel as if seeing a whole of the city center,
standing little bits far from there once you look at the direction
of the city area from Odaiba Kaihin Park.
